Shipping Times

All orders are processed immediately. Once dispatched from our facility, estimated delivery times are:

 United States: 3–5 business days

 Canada & UK: 7–14 business days

 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or high-demand holiday periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your Velora order total.
